Hi I’m Julia, I've always been fascinated by people, what motivates us, what we value, and what helps us feel deeply understood.

For more than a decade, I've worked across strategy, design and transformation, helping organisations navigate complexity, align around a shared vision, and create experiences that make life a little clearer, easier and more meaningful.

I created Theiia from a simple belief: as our world becomes increasingly intelligent, our experiences should become more human, not less.

Through thoughtful strategy, emotionally intelligent design and human-centred systems, I help organisations create clarity, strengthen connection and move forward with confidence.
